From the street, a property project can look like a single big job. Inside, it’s usually a series of smaller questions: What can we clean now? What needs repair? Who has the right skills for the next step? What should wait until the owner decides?
That has been true at the former Luigi’s. Pine & Shine’s part has included cleaning the restaurant and upstairs apartment, working through neglected areas, doing agreed touch-ups, and helping keep track of the work that needs the right provider. Some days the progress is easy to photograph, like a cleaned counter or preparation area. Other days it’s a door working better or a clearer list of what still needs attention.
Stacy of R & S Enterprise of Sebago has been a helpful partner. She supplied the threshold leveler, shared practical knowledge for the threshold and door work, and helped clean the dining area and entry. Coastal Hood Cleaners handled hood cleaning. Caldwell Drain & Septic along with Zoom Drain handled the grease-trap and drain service, including hydro-jetting. MRE completed the agreed equipment and refrigeration inspection scope; the Hobart mixer was outside that scope. Firesafe Equipment performed inspections and onsite system service. Each business is credited for its own work.

There are still decisions and tasks ahead. Assessments and estimates are part of planning, not proof that every repair or basement job has been completed. We’ll keep cleaning, coordinating, and communicating within the work agreed with the owner.
I like projects where local people can bring their different skills to the same table. It may not look dramatic day to day, but that steady work matters.
